At TechOSS, helping people succeed through the use of IOVC technology is our only mission. We recognize the importance of providing our customers with the right IOVC technology, tools and resources to help you get the most out of your IOVC technology investment.
In 2006, we helped a number of our customers get their first exposure at being on the internet with dedicated websites; we enabled customers to use Voice Over internet Technology to reduce telephone expense; we provided end to end business process improvement technology assessments that reduced and improved backend office operations; for established companies we dramatically improved their web site presence with major capabilities in internet functionality and for others we provided extensive internet marketing email campaigns to get your businesses up, running and acquiring customers from the web.
We know that when it comes to putting your business on the web, delivering a successful web site, the base technology is sometimes not enough for some of our customers. Your customer’s adoption of your technology investment is critical. In our view, learning a better way to do business, ease of use, back office cost reduction and customer acquisition is equally important to the power of the ever-expanding internet based functionality we provide. TechOSS services are intended at getting your websites, your office, your voice and your customer relationships to be profitable, rewarding and continually providing maximum value to your customers. To ensure your success in 2007, we are introducing several new initiatives to help you succeed in reaching your goals.
• Internet @ TechOSS - We currently provide website development services and limited internet marketing services. For 2007 we have added Internet Website Development services based on a content management system base; Internet Marketing Email Campaign Management services and a reseller Business Development Model that enables you to start your own web hosting business.
• Office @ TechOSS - We currently provide business office and technology enhancement services. For 2007, we have added additional office support services: an Order Food Online product and service that enables the restaurant owner to put their business on the web without a website and for back office customer support, we introduce a Customer Support Trouble Ticketing module. Coming at the end of the first quarter we will add an exciting module for the solo entrepreneur that will provide an instant back office operation.
• Voice @ TechOSS - We currently provide an extensive VOIP information portal that provided information on what voice over IP services can do for your business operation?
For 2007, we have added additional Voice to VOIP improvement services; a new service aimed at delivering marketing services through the use of VOIP technology and we will introduce some really nice extensions to your day to day business with find me and follow me services.
• Customer @ TechOSS - We currently provide an extensive CRM Information Portal, that provided information on what customer relationship software can do for your business and customers. For 2007, we have added additional SugarCRM product and service offering; we will also add customer focused CRM solutions for the real estate appraisal industry utilizing the leading software tool for appraisers.
• Consulting @ TechOSS - In 2006, for our large customers, from Kansas to Vancouver we helped telecom operational support system vendors deploy their computer systems within various telecom companies. For our small business and solo entrepreneurs we established IOVC technology solutions, helped get customer’s business on the web, provided small business technology evaluations, and end-to-end business process improvement assessments. For 2007, we have added an enhanced coaching service.
• Coaching @ TechOSS - In 2007, an exciting evolution is that we will offer small business coaching sessions, where we helped people understand the implications of the business world on their business goals. The following new coaching related services will be implemented throughout the year. A new website: Success Is Mandatory Now, for business and individuals, inclusive of a Group Coaching Program, a professional set of self evaluation Quizzes, more formal Assessments , and a Project Networking set of events.

For 2007, we believe just telling and selling is not enough. Our differentiator is that we have years of large corporate experience that we bring to the small business manager and entrepreneur. We help you deliver results not just deliver product.
